A few words about work tasks and responsibilities

Agile expert, that empowers teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement. Complete project management activities according to defined service level commitments and process compliance guidelines.

Malte has previously helped a leading pharma company with more than 10.000 User Stories and 12 agile teams delivering business value together. He has lead and collaborated in highly complex, large-scale, distributed SAP projects.

Key responsibilities have included:

- Understand the client drivers and motivation for doing Agile
- Assess the client’s current approach to Agile and technical landscape
- Conduct discovery workshops
- Define the processes/practices and Agile delivery approach if the project is new to Agile
- Assess the effectiveness of Agile processes for the client
- Trained the project team in SAFe, SCRUM & PMI-Agile methodologies
- Help set up the Agile metrics for the program
- Help set up the Agile Project Management Tool
- Coach the leadership to allow team to fail early and learn from it
- Groom Scrum Masters on Agile practices and its execution
