Developing and administering Human Resources policies and procedures
Managing the process used to hire and integrate new bank employees
Designing strategies on Human Resources motivation program.
Developing compensation and benefits policies for the bank staff
Developing and administering system for termination of contracts
Designing training and development strategies for employees
Providing guidelines on HR Budget preparation
Conducting employee surveys and proposing necessary measurement based on the survey results
Designing and conducting effective performance evaluation process
Providing regular reports to the group
