A few words about my daily work tasks and responsibilities:

As project manager I am responsible for the project team that I either get assigned or put together myself. I am also responsible for the results that this team produces. My daily work involves a lot of talks between different partners, my team and my superiors.

Steps in my career:

After graduation in June 2015 I started with the first job I could find. This happend to be a mortgage broker type of job. I needed the money and having an income gives you a luxury position where you can choose what kind of job you want to do. After 6 months of work I found a job as a consultant that specialized itself within governments. After putting in good results for just over a year I found a nice step up within the town I lived in as a project manager.

Advice:

Try to find your dream job from a position of power (having a job already). Take your time finding this job! Continue to improve yourself while working and be on the lookout for better opportunities if your current environment does not allow it. Good luck!
