A few words about your work tasks and responsibilities

1. Submit Credit Risk Recommendations on applications for credit to the relevant authorities.
2. Assist to improve the Credit risk process, engagement with loan officers and customers.
3. Continually submit recommendations for policy and procedural reviews in line with the TIB Risk management framework.
4. Review all new credit products and programs.
5. Review and submit recommendation on the bank’s loan provisions.
6. Review the monitoring of credit facilities and program limits.
7. Review adequacy and appropriateness of the information used in the evaluation of the customer credit applications.
8. Perform periodic reviews of the TIB Risk Management Framework.

Any advice to current students

Focus on getting the knowledge, it will prepare you for opportunities; with the right knowledge opportunities will always show up. From my own experience, USBE Master’s program has the right ingredient to excel in your professional career.
